We use an online application process with www.RentRedi.com. Prequalification is required. If prequalified, then background checks (credit / criminal / eviction) are required to apply.
We must receive a copy of a photo ID along with proof of income (one month's worth of pay stubs) for all applicants age 18 and older. Combined monthly gross income must be a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent. All applicants 18 and over must submit an application and submit to a credit and criminal background check. Applicant will be required to pay an application fee at the time the credit check is run.
Some of our minimum criteria is listed below:
Ability to pay full security deposit and first month's rent
Require electronic payments for rent, deposit, and fees
Salary Minimum = 3x the monthly rent
No criminal record
No evictions, foreclosures, short sales
Good referrals from at least two previous landlords
Employed for >1 year at current job
All of our units are non-smoking units. No vaping or smoking allowed.
