All adults age 18 and over must complete a rental application.  We conduct a credit check, criminal background check, and check previous landlord references.  There is a non-refundable application fee.   We require a copy of driver's licenses of anyone over the age of 18 who will be residing in the property along with proof of income (one month's worth of pay stubs) showing a combined gross income of a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent.
